I have been creating art as long as I can remember. Raised by my musician grandfather and inspired by my artist father, I had a diverse experience growing up. My passion for art started early, when I preferred viewing art history books rather then children’s books. Encouraged by my high school art teacher and mentored by great artists in college, I never settled into one medium but always explored new avenues.

Though most of my recent works are in oil and watercolor, I also draw in pastel and color pencil. My work is always evolving and changing but what stays constant is my bold use of color. My art has been described as full of joy, high energy, bold, and fun.

My approach to art has been inspired by travels around the world. I love to visit and learn about different cultures. I take inspiration from the largest modern cities as well as traditional indigenous peoples. As I continue to explore the world around me I look forward to my creative and artistic growth.
